FRAME STRUCTURE
The ETALON vertical panel saw has a tilted frame made of hot-rolled welded robust steel elements. It is machined on our own CNC milling machine to achieve the highest precision.
The back wall elements are made of solid wear-resistant plastic and equipped with anti-cutting protection. The rounded back wall elements protect the cut material during movement. It is possible to order the machine with an automatically moving back wall, in which case the back wall automatically moves aside from the disc during horizontal cuts with the help of an operating motor.
VERTICAL BEAM
To ensure maximum rigidity and avoid deformation, the beam is welded from thick bent plates and machined by ourselves. Its movement is guided on the frame by hardened, ground, and wear-resistant linear guides. This ensures that the machine maintains its accuracy even during long lifespan and heavy use.
The beam is equipped with multiple easily readable measuring scales, allowing the current size to be read on both the bottom and top of the cutting carriage. For series cuts, special cutting repeater buttons provide quick assistance, allowing you to quickly set a previously set value.
CUTTING CARRIAGE
The cutting carriage is made of aluminum castings and also moves on hardened linear bearings. There is no looseness, tightness, or rattling. We are so confident in this that we offer a 7-year warranty on the linear units.
To ensure easy movement, the mass of the cutting carriage is balanced with a hidden counterweight in the beam. The ergonomic and stable movement is provided by the foldable operating rod, both at high and low positions.
The unit is designed in various ways depending on the processed material. For cutting furniture boards, it is equipped with a pre-scoring unit, but if necessary, it can also be equipped with a milling unit.
ROLLER LINE AND FOLDABLE AUXILIARY TABLE
To facilitate the movement of materials, a double-bearing solid roller line is placed at the bottom of the machine frame. Thanks to the densely placed support rollers, even narrow elements do not tilt during movement and cutting. In addition, our machines are equipped with a foldable auxiliary table at a comfortable working height to facilitate the cutting of small pieces.
Etalon cutting machines are offered with three different equipment options, depending on how or for what purpose the customer wants to use them.
OPTIONAL FEATURES
Dust extraction unit: A dust extraction unit that starts automatically synchronized with the cutting head (mandatory in the absence of a central extraction system) to protect the workshop from excessive dust emissions.
Aluminum composite milling unit: Engraving and profiling of Alucobond, dibond, neobond, alucor, and similar composite materials.
Special 90° milling tool: Milling of notches required for right-angle joints.
Special 135° milling tool: Milling of notches required for 45° joints.
Horizontal cutting repeater: Pre-settable stops placed on the vertical beam allow for the fixation of frequently used dimensions.
Automatically moving back wall: The machine automatically avoids cutting the wear-resistant back wall inserts during horizontal cuts.
Digital measuring system (for horizontal and/or vertical cuts): For even easier and faster operation, with fewer possibilities for errors.
Infinitely adjustable saw blade speed: The speed of the blade can be adjusted infinitely between 0 and 5,400 1/minute for cutting sensitive materials.
Pre-scoring unit: Essential accessory for cutting laminated furniture boards.
Angle cutting adapter: Attachable adapter for cutting custom angles.
