• We always use the highest quality components in our machines. This minimizes the possibility of malfunctions.

• We equip our machines with DELL brand computer units. Such as the computer and the touchscreen monitor.
• The cutting units are fitted with FAG main spindle bearings, and SKF products are used in other critical locations.
• We drive the cutting discs with continuous operation electric motors S1, which ensure high performance even during uninterrupted use.

Designed based on machine operator perspectives

• We paid special attention to making the machines easy to use and understand.
• The control software guides the machine operator. It always shows what needs to be done at any given moment.
• We equipped the machine with unique 850 mm high tables, creating a comfortable working environment.
• We placed a simple button row at the end of the first table. From here, cutting can be easily started even if a full sheet is placed.
• The air cushion tables can be optionally adjusted sideways. It can be easily and quickly customized to the dimensions of the cut material by pulling the lever placed at the end of the table.
• The machine is equipped with a 22″ touchscreen monitor that can be used even with protective gloves. This simplifies and facilitates the operator’s work.
• After cutting the piece, the machine automatically prints its corresponding label, which includes graphical representation of edge sealing information.
• The dust extraction system starts automatically with the cutting process, so it does not operate unnecessarily. This reduces noise pollution and energy consumption. The machine operator never has to turn the extractor on and off.
• The blade height automatically adjusts to the thickness of the cut material/stack. This improves cutting quality and significantly extends the life of the blades.
• Thanks to the quick-release screws, blade replacement is extremely fast and easy.

• The control software is graphical and uses easily understandable icons.
• Both the software and the machine are easy to operate.
• Our customers can usually operate the software without explanation, but training takes no more than 10 minutes.
• The proAm controls the machine operator, there is no possibility of error, the operator does not have to think.
• The program continuously shows the next step for the machine operator. It repeats a given process until the cutter performs it.
• The machine operator does not have to spend time identifying the parts, as the machine prints the corresponding label for each cut piece.

• We immediately solve the majority of problems that arise with our customers over the phone.
• With online diagnosis, we can provide remote assistance within a few hours.
• In cases where we need to go to the site, we usually solve the problem within 24 hours of the report, as we do not have to wait for spare parts and the appropriate specialist.
• If one of our customers requests assistance, they can speak directly with the person responsible for that area. They can talk to the service technician who manufactured the machine, the electrician who installed it, or the engineer who designed it.
• Our customers can ask their questions directly to the manufacturer in their own language. There are no language difficulties and the resulting misunderstandings.
